FDIC Proposal: Premium Adjustments Based on Risk Profile of Compensation Arrangements

In January the FDIC issued an Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPR) that contemplates adjustments to deposit insurance fund premiums based on the risk profile of an institution's compensation arrangements.
